Louise Bernhard is a staunch "friend of Bethany House". She has travelled from Australia to Lodwar on several occasions at her own expense to provide voluntary assistance to Sister Yvonne and the Lodwar community.

Following a month long visit in early 2008, Louise sent along these few photos of her various visits. Some include various local Staff who work for Bethany House with their children who are usually nearby.

Louise has promised to send us a short story about her latest experiences in Lodwar which we'll feature in this location in due course. Meanwhile her photos appear below.
